/ppbr/pp We are looking for an exceptional strong Support Worker /strong to join our multidisciplinary team.

/ppbr/pp This is a non-clinical role where you will play an essential part in supporting clients throughout their recovery journey while helping maintain the high standards for which Sea Recovery is known.

/li /ulpbr/pulli Maintain a safe, structured, and welcoming therapeutic environment.
/li /ulpbr/pulli Observe clients and promptly report any changes in mood, behaviour, or wellbeing.
/li /ulpbr/pulli Complete accurate documentation, reports, and detailed shift handovers.
/li /ulpbr/pulli Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
/li /ulpbr/pulli Maintain professional boundaries and strict confidentiality at all times.
/li /ulpbr/pulli Assist with day-to-day operational tasks and contribute to the smooth running of the centre.
/li /ulpbr/pulli Represent Sea Recovery with professionalism, discretion,



and empathy.
/li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppstrong Essential Requirements /strong /ppbr/pulli Fluent strong English /strong (spoken and written), and at least conversational Spanish.
/li /ulpbr/pulli Legal right to work in Spain.
/li /ulpbr/pulli Valid Category B driving licence.
/li /ulpbr/pulli Previous experience in hospitality, healthcare, residential care, luxury service, or wellbeing environments.
/li /ulpbr/pulli Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
/li /ulpbr/pulli Strong organisational and time management abilities.
/li /ulpbr/pulli Comfortable using digital systems for documentation and reporting.
/li /ulpbr/pulli Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
