You will help drive content quality initiatives, support knowledge base migrations,

Your day-to-dayYou will own the quality and maintenance of customer-facing knowledge base content.
You will optimize content for both human users and AI-powered support experiences.
You will support content migration, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure knowledge remains accurate and up to date.
You will manage multilingual content and localization activities.
You will use AI tools to streamline content creation, review, and optimization processes.
