/ppbr/pp Negotiate and manage contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) with service providers.
/ppbr/pp Monitor and analyze service provider performance against established KPIs and SLAs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
/ppbr/pp Conduct regular performance reviews and business meetings with service providers to foster strong relationships and drive continuous improvement.
/ppbr/pp Identify and resolve operational issues and disputes with service providers in a timely and effective manner.
/ppbr/pp Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g.,



logistics, procurement, finance) to ensure seamless integration of service provider operations.

Master's degree preferred.
/ppbr/pp Minimum of 2 years of experience in service provider management, logistics operations, or supply chain management, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
