/ppbr/ppstrong To strengthen our Logistics-department within Tosca, we are currently recruiting an enthusiastic Transport Planner! /strong /ppbr/ppstrong Position Purpose /strong /pp As our Transport Planner, you'll coordinate and optimize the end-to-end order processing and fulfillment process, including transport planning.
The role ensures seamless communication among customers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders, while striving to maximize service levels, reduce costs, and support the continuous improvement of logistics operations across EMEA.
/ppbr/ppstrong For this role, we expect the new colleague to work from either our location in Bönen or F /strongrstrongechen (Germany) or our Madrid (Spain) office or our office in Agrate Brianza (Italy).
The chosen location will depend on what is most practical for the candidate.
/strong /ppbr/ppstrong Your responsibilities /strong /pulli Coordinate the entire order processing and fulfillment process, including transport /liliplanning /lili Professional communication with our customers, logistic partners and internal stakeholders /lili Optimization of routes and transport in order to reduce freight costs and ecological footprint /lili Provide support in ensuring and coordinating stock availability /lili Proactively work to maximize our service levels,



customer satisfaction /lili Proactive work achievements of departmental and personal targets /lili Part of a dedicated European team working together to continuously improve and optimize our logistics across Europe /lili Order Processing: Managing ocean freight imports (FCL and LCL) from booking through delivery.
/lili Documentation: Preparing, reviewing, and processing freight documents (e.g., bills of lading).
/lili Customs Clearance: Handling import customs formalities and preparing customs declarations.
/lili Coordinationstrong: /strong Booking cargo space with shipping lines and organizing inland transport by truck or rail.
/li /ulpbr/ppstrong Your profile /strong /pulli Relevant professional experience in order processing, logistics, or transport planning, preferably within a European or international context.
/lili Experience working with customers and logistics service providers is highly /lilidesirable.
/lili Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
/lilistrong Proficiency in German at a native-speaker level.
Good communication abilities, both written and verbal, in English /strong; additional languages are a plus.
/lili Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
/lili Ability to optimize routes and transport to reduce costs and environmental impact.
/lili Team player with a collaborative approach to continuous improvement.
/lili Competence in using logistics, order management, and planning systems.
