This role focuses on ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery.
/ppstrong What you will do /strong /pulli Develop and implement strategies for service provider selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance management.
/lili Negotiate and manage contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) with service providers.
/lili Monitor and analyze service provider performance against established KPIs and SLAs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
/lili Conduct regular performance reviews and business meetings with service providers to foster strong relationships and drive continuous improvement.
/lili Identify and resolve operational issues and disputes with service providers in a timely and effective manner.
/lili Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., logistics, procurement, finance) to ensure seamless integration of service provider operations.
/lili Drive cost optimization initiatives related to service provider engagement without compromising service quality.
/lili Stay abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements in service provider management.




/lili Prepare and present reports on service provider performance and operational metrics to senior management.
/lili Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding service provider operations.
/li /ulpstrong About you /strong /pulli Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
/lili Minimum of 2 years of experience in service provider management, logistics operations, or supply chain management, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
/lili Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing third-party service provider relationships.
Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery operations.
