We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Process Analyst to join a major player in the Belgian energy sector. In this role, you will contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives by analysing, documenting and improving business processes while working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Your responsibilities

- Analyse and document current (as-is) business processes and design future (to-be) processes.
- Model business processes using BPMN 2.0.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs and challenge existing ways of working.
- Drive process harmonisation across multiple business departments.
- Validate process models with business stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout the organisation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of process modelling methodologies.
- Support business users during implementation and process adoption.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts,



Project Managers and technical teams to deliver process improvements.

Your profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst.
- Proven experience identifying business needs and modelling as-is / to-be business processes.
- Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML.
- Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders.
- Experience with Enterprise Architect (Sparx EA) is a strong advantage.
- Experience with Jira and Azure DevOps is a plus.
- Previous experience in the energy or utilities sector is considered an asset.
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch, with a good command of the second national language.
