SourceBright is a boutique consulting and software company. We help Private Equity portfolio companies and leading multinationals deliver tangible impact through procurement transformations, from strategy through to implementation. Alongside our consulting business, our AI-native SaaS platform enables clients to solve procurement challenges faster and at scale.

We're growing fast, and we're looking for experienced consultants to help lead that growth: people who enjoy solving complex business problems, building trusted client relationships, developing junior colleagues and playing an active role in building a business.

What you'll do

You'll lead client engagements, play an active role in shaping both our consulting business and our SaaS offering, and help grow our commercial activities. This includes:

- Leading complex transformation projects from strategy through to implementation
- Acting as a trusted advisor for senior client stakeholders
- Shaping our SaaS roadmap: what you see at clients drives what we build next
- Managing project teams and ensuring exceptional client outcomes
- Coaching and developing junior colleagues
- Contributing to business development and commercial growth

Who you are





You'll likely recognise yourself in most of the following:

- You have at least 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years at a leading consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, ADL or equivalent)
- You’re fluent in Dutch or French, and in English.
- You enjoy solving complex business problems with a structured, analytical approach.
- You build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- You take ownership and enjoy responsibility.
- You're commercially minded and enjoy helping grow a business.
- You're excited by technology and have experience helping clients create business value through software.
