Job Title: Business Analyst – IAM and SailPoint IdentityIQ

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support an Identity and Access Management project within a capital markets environment. The project uses SailPoint IdentityIQ to integrate multiple applications, enable automated provisioning, and support user access reviews.

You will work independently with business and technical stakeholders to capture IAM use cases, define processes, document requirements, and secure business approval.

Responsibilities:

- Gather requirements and help shape an IAM technical vision that aligns functional teams, IAM projects, and business needs.
- Engage with application owners, business owners, and IAM operations teams to obtain the information required for application onboarding.
- Complete application onboarding templates and secure business sign-off.
- Analyse and document functional and non-functional requirements across:
- Access Management
- Identity Lifecycle Management
- Privileged Access Management
- Reporting and analytics
- Capture IAM use cases and translate them into clearly defined processes and requirements.
- Support the integration of applications with SailPoint IdentityIQ for automated provisioning and access reviews.
- Develop IAM governance materials, including policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, role definitions, and user access review documentation.
- Coordinate dependencies across multiple IAM initiatives and contribute to successful deployments.
- Communicate effectively with clients,



business partners, and technical teams.
- Identify issues, analyse their impact, and help stakeholders agree on practical solutions.

Required Qualifications:

- 8–10 years of relevant business analysis experience.
- In-depth knowledge of capital markets or investment banking.
- Proven experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Experience working with business and technical stakeholders on IAM initiatives.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated project coordination or project management experience involving multiple dependencies.
- Strong technical understanding and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.

Preferred Experience:

- Understanding of the operational, regulatory, and other risks associated with access and identity lifecycle services.
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Knowledge of application onboarding, automated provisioning, and access-review processes.
- Experience producing IAM governance policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, role definitions, or user access review materials.
- Familiarity with Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management, and Privileged Access Management.

Work Arrangement and Location:

This is a six-month hybrid assignment based in Brussels, Belgium, with an anticipated start date of 30 September 2026. On-site opportunities may become available later in the assignment based on performance and project needs.
