Solution Architect – SAP HCM & SAP SuccessFactors

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect specializing in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors to advise the HR Business Relationship Manager (BRM) and provide architectural guidance on:

- Integration with other systems using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
- SAP SuccessFactors extensibility
- SAP HCM extensibility, particularly the design and development of SAP Fiori applications
- Identity and Access Management (IAM) architecture and configuration

Key Responsibilities

- Define and maintain solution architecture for SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors environments.
- Design integration solutions using SAP BTP.
- Lead the design and implementation of SuccessFactors and SAP HCM extensions.
- Architect user-centric SAP Fiori applications and experiences.
- Provide expertise on IAM configuration and security best practices.
- Support SAP S/4HANA migration initiatives and integration activities.
- Configure and optimize SAP Fiori Launchpad and SuccessFactors WorkZone.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders, business teams,



and technical teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Languages

- Dutch or French: C1 level (mandatory)
- Second national language (French or Dutch): B2 level
- English: C1 level

Technical Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors environments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors extensibility.
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing SAP Fiori applications with a strong focus on user experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA migration environments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Service Center (ECSC).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM configuration and management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with SuccessFactors WorkZone.
- Minimum 5 years of experience configuring and managing the SAP Fiori Launchpad.
