About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Partner Manager to join our Advertising Partnerships team. The role is based in Barcelona and reports to the Partner Management Director. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow in the advertising and streaming space.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the optimization of ad revenue across our programmatic business
- Assist in managing day‑to‑day relationships with ad sales partners
- Help monitor and analyze ad monetization KPIs and surface actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal and external ad operations teams
- Participate in quarterly business reviews and help prepare partner feedback
- Prepare sales collaterals and content updates to better support our partners' sales efforts
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in investigating the root causes of any incidents
- Support revenue forecasting activities

Required Skills & Experience

- First experience (internship or junior role) in ad sales, ad tech, or digital media
- Understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset with an interest in data and performance metrics




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
