Are you passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences in a fast paced, international environment? We’re looking for a HR Operations Specialist to join a growing, tech driven organisation with a strong presence across Europe.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping People Operations in a scaling business, supporting multiple markets and helping build efficient, people-first processes from the ground up.

What you’ll be doing

- Own and manage end to end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, contracts, changes, offboarding) across multiple European markets
- Support and coordinate payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations
- Act as the go to person for HR queries, providing guidance to employees and managers
- Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies across jurisdictions
- Maintain and optimise HR systems (HRIS), ensuring high quality, reliable data
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, driving efficiency and scalability
- Partner closely with Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders on people related matters
- Contribute to building a high performing, people centric culture





What we’re looking for

- 2+ years’ experience in HR / People Operations, ideally in an international or fast-growth environment
- Exposure to payroll and labour law across at least one European market
- Experience managing employee lifecycle processes across multiple countries
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. Personio, BambooHR, Workday or similar)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive mindset with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
- Spanish (C1+)
- French (B2+)
- Strong English communication skills are also highly valued in this international environment
