(Senior) Engineering Manager | Brussels area (Hybrid) | Full-time or Contract

We are hiring multiple Engineering Managers on behalf of a software company based near Brussels. We are open to both permanent candidates and contractors, so whatever your preferred setup, we want to hear from you.

The role:

You will lead and coach a team of software engineers, own engineering delivery and quality, collaborate with product and business stakeholders, and help drive architectural decisions and engineering best practices. The team works hybrid, with the client based near Brussels.

What we are looking for:

- Proven experience managing software engineering teams

- Strong background in C# and .NET

- Strong background in software delivery and Agile practices

- Able to balance technical oversight with people leadership

- Comfortable working in an English-first environment
