When a datacenter goes down, someone has already planned for it. That someone could be you.
Behind every transaction our clients make sits an assumption: that the bank will keep working. Keeping that assumption true even when an application fails or an entire datacenter drops is the job of our IT Continuity Strategy & ICRO team.
We're looking for an IT Continuity Process & Reporting Officer to join this enthusiastic, multidisciplinary group.
What you'll be doing
Regulatory & Group compliance
- Keep the IT Continuity process current and aligned with regulatory requirements and our clients standards.
- Proactively review changes with Group representatives and adapt our processes before requirements land, not after.
Audit & control support
- Contribute to audits and control plans, making sure evidence is complete, accurate and delivered on time.
- Follow up on findings and drive remediation actions to closure within deadlines.
Risk & gap mitigation
- Monitor and support the implementation of risk mitigation plans.
- Make sure corrective actions are prioritised,
documented and validated with the right stakeholders.
Validation of IT Disaster Recovery deliverables
- Review and validate IT Disaster Recovery reports.
- Approve changes to application continuity levels, in line with business impact analyses.
Reporting & stakeholder communication
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports presented to internal boards and shared with regulators.
- Make reporting clear, actionable and compliant with both internal and external expectations.
What you bring

- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience assessing and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
