Key Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog.
- Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Agile teams, architects, and Product Owners.
- Improve customer journeys and support digital transformation initiatives.
- Validate delivered solutions and coordinate cross-team dependencies.
Main Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in digital/business transformation.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum (SAFe is a strong plus).
- Strong knowledge of the insurance sector, ideally Employee Benefits.
- Experience with stakeholder management, customer journey redesign, and business transformation.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Dutch or French: Native/Bilingual
- English: Professional proficiency
