- You ensure the precise and timely management of payroll by closely collaborating with the external payroll service provider
- You oversee HR administrative functions, including managing employment contracts, contract modifications, salary adjustments, benefits administration, managing absences, time tracking, and offboarding processes
- You serve as the main liaison for social secretariats, auditors, and regulatory authorities, and you organize audits and inspections as necessary
- You uphold high standards for HR data accuracy, reporting, and HR KPIs to facilitate compliance and assist in managerial decision-making
- You play a role in developing and maintaining compensation and benefits structures that are aligned with market trends, cost-effective, and legally compliant
- You ensure the uniform application of reward policies across the organization and communicate these clearly

Your profile

- Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline;
- Brings a minimum of 5 years of comprehensive experience in an HR Generalist or HR Manager position, demonstrating a robust emphasis on core HR functions;
- Is proficient in Dutch, French, and English;
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of Belgian employment regulations, payroll processes, and social legislation;
- Has experience collaborating with external payroll service providers and social secretariats; familiarity with SD Worx payroll software is advantageous;
- Exhibits strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a methodical approach to work;
- Communicates effectively, capable of informing, advising, persuading, and raising awareness within the organization while serving as a reliable partner;
- Maintains discretion, independence, and confidence in providing guidance to management.
