Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to combine technical expertise, project ownership and client interaction? Join a leading player in energy and technical services and take responsibility for innovative energy transition projects across Belgium.

From battery energy storage and cogeneration to e-boilers and other low-carbon technologies, you will manage complex projects for industrial clients while contributing directly to more sustainable and efficient energy solutions.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of energy transition projects for industrial clients, taking full ownership from planning through execution and delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to budget, schedule, safety requirements and quality standards, while coordinating the necessary internal and external resources.
- Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial tender documentation, select suppliers and subcontractors, and negotiate commercial conditions together with procurement and management.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout project execution, building strong relationships and proactively identifying new business opportunities.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, monitor financial performance and contribute to the continuous development and improvement of the department.

Your Profile

- You hold a Master’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering or a related technical field,



combined with at least 5 years of relevant project management experience.
- You have a solid understanding of industrial processes and contract management, ideally within energy, utilities or technical infrastructure.
- You are highly organised, take ownership and can successfully manage multiple stakeholders, priorities and projects simultaneously.
- You combine strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to translate technical and economic considerations into well-founded decisions.
- You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, are willing to regularly visit clients across Belgium, and have a strong command of Dutch and French.
