Senior SAP PP/QM Consultant (French-speaking) | Antwerp region — 3 days/week on-site | Manufacturing S/4 Programme

We're looking for a senior SAP PP/QM Consultant to lead the production domain on an international industrial group's SAP programme, focused on the deployment at the group's French site.

The role

You'll own end-to-end delivery across production: fit-gap, system set-up, functional design documentation, training, UAT, data gathering and migration, go-live support and documentation — ensuring seamless integration with logistics, controlling and other domains. This is a complex environment, and the client is explicit about what they need: someone who can understand complex business processes, challenge the business to surface the underlying requirement, and fit it into their template processes — then explain the solution simply and clearly.

You'll work across both custom-built and template-based SAP environments, set the detailed process design alongside the wider production team, and act as a senior point of contact for business stakeholders.

Project activities for the French site deployment run in French — you don't need to be native, but good enough to lead the work in French.

What you'll bring





- Senior or strong medior level — the client is open on years, provided you can own the production domain end-to-end
- 7+ years delivering end-to-end SAP implementations, with SAP integration experience across domains
- 5+ years in SAP Production Execution, QM and PPDS in a manufacturing company
- Deep PE expertise including shop floor integration and execution workflows; EWM integration preferred
- Strong SAP QM, particularly integration with Labvantage or a similar LIMS system
- PPDS knowledge preferred, not mandatory
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot SAP issues (preferred); greenfield experience a plus
- Resilient under pressure, comfortable in an international, multicultural environment
- Fluent English and working French (Polish also a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience — experience valued over certification

Engagement details

- Location: Antwerp region — 3 days/week on-site (80% availability may be acceptable)
- Travel: 10–20%, with additional travel around go-live
- Contract: Freelance / B2B
- Start: ASAP — initial contract to end 2026, extension possible
