Business Analyst – Supply Planning (Life Sciences)

Are you an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background supporting Supply Planning functions within the Life Sciences sector?

We're looking for a hands-on Business Analyst to join a major business transformation programme focused on modernising and enhancing supply planning capabilities. This is not a strategy-only role. You'll be expected to work closely with business and technology teams, get into the detail of processes and systems, and help drive delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

- Partner with Supply Planning and IT stakeholders to capture, analyse and document business requirements.
- Support the transformation and enhancement of supply planning systems and processes.
- Assess current-state solutions and help define future-state capabilities.
- Work closely with project teams throughout system upgrades, implementations and business change initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, process mapping, gap analysis and solution design activities.
- Support project delivery activities, helping drive actions, dependencies, testing and stakeholder engagement.
- Act as the bridge between business users, technology teams and external partners.

What We're Looking For





- 5+ years' experience as an IT Business Analyst supporting Supply Planning functions within the Life Sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of supply planning processes, systems and operating models.
- Experience supporting supply planning system transformations, upgrades or replacement programmes.
- Ability to assess existing solutions and translate business needs into practical requirements and recommendations.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced transformation environment.
- Willingness to be hands-on, detail-oriented and actively involved in project delivery.
- Experience supporting both Business Analysis and Project Management activities.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Anaplan Supply Planning.
- Experience supporting supply planning platform upgrades, migrations or modernisation programmes.
- Exposure to integral supply chain, manufacturing or pharmaceutical operations.
