We are looking for an Operations Officer for a four-month project to support credit operations for professional and individual clients. The role is based in Kraainem and follows a hybrid model, with 50% on-site work and 50% homeworking. The start date is as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

- Ensure day-to-day operational support and control for professional and individual credits.
- Provide ad hoc project support.
- Manage issues and prepare reports.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Help guarantee business continuity and customer satisfaction.
- Perform operational controls within the departments in scope.
- Monitor and report operational risks.
- Communicate control results to business partners.
- Discuss action plans with the business following negative control results.

Must-Have Requirements

- At least two years of relevant experience is required.
- Good knowledge of professional loans is required.
- Experience in control execution is required.
- Good expertise in MS Office is required.
- Familiarity with various IT tools is required.
- Dutch proficiency
- French proficiency
- English proficiency
