Experteer Overview

In this role you will contribute to iconic transportation infrastructure projects within a multicultural, multidisciplinary team. You will work across project phases from feasibility to detailed design, focusing on bridges and structures. You will apply engineering analysis, coordinate with geotechnics and other disciplines, and support digital efficiency through templates and automation.

This position supports AECOM’s integral Think and Act Globally strategy by delivering high-quality structural design and design-for-constructability. You will join a collaborative environment that values development and international standards compliance.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Perform structural analysis and modeling for typical elements using appropriate load combinations and limit state checks
- Prepare calculation reports, bill of quantities, and sketches; participate in self-checks and peer reviews to ensure quality
- Contribute to conceptual studies and design option evaluation (typologies, materials, construction methods)
- Coordinate with geotechnics, hydraulics, alignment, utilities, and architecture to identify and resolve conflicts




- Apply international standards (AASHTO, AREMA, British Standards, Australian codes) and design for constructability considerations
- Support digital efficiency via templates, parameterization, and basic scripts; participate in technical meetings to validate assumptions

Responsabilidades

- Master's degree in Civil Engineering
- +2 years of experience in bridges and/or structures design
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Experience with international regulations and standards (AASHTO, AREMA, Australian Codes, British Standards)
- Proficiency in engineering calculation software for bridges and structures (MIDAS Civil, NX preferred; also CSiBridge, SAP2000)
- Experience in North America, Australia, or New Zealand regions is favorable
