For one of our clients, a leading company active in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sector, we are looking for a Bioanalytical Scientist to strengthen the Analytical Development team.

Due to an increased workload linked to ongoing clinical projects, the team is seeking additional support for laboratory activities related to analytical method development, optimization, and validation.

Your Responsibilities

As part of the Analytical Development team, you will be involved in a broad range of laboratory activities, including:

- Performing laboratory-based analytical method development activities.
- Executing and supporting bioanalytical assays such as: ELISA; qPCR, Electrophoresis Cell-based assays.
- Generating, verifying, and analyzing experimental data.
- Contributing to data interpretation and scientific discussions.
- Preparing and reviewing technical documentation, including protocols and reports.
- Supporting analytical method transfer activities to internal and external laboratories.
- Troubleshooting laboratory methods and processes.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.




- Collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders and project teams.

Profile

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant laboratory experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with bioanalytical techniques, including: ELISA, qPCR, Electrophoresis, Cell-based assays.
- Practical laboratory experience with the ability to work autonomously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent team spirit and collaborative mindset.
- Fluent English and a good command of French.
- Ability to document scientific work clearly and accurately in English.

Nice to Have

- Experience with analytical method development and validation.
- Previous experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or Quality Control environments.
- Knowledge of GMP and regulated environments.
- Experience supporting method transfers.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work proactively and independently.
