As an HR Ops Specialist for MPS’s Europe-based team, you will manage day-to-day HR operations across Europe and support the full employee lifecycle.

You will work closely with an international HR group to ensure a smooth employee experience from onboarding to offboarding, with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.

You will maintain HR systems, notably Workday, and contribute to reporting and mobility tasks.

This role offers the chance to shape regional HR operations in a fast-growing, sustainability-driven semiconductor company.

Responsabilidades
• Experience in an HR environment
• Experience with HR Systems, Workday knowledge is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and structured, organized way of working
• Fluent in English, other European language is a plus
