In this role you drive general automation standards across international pharmaceutical manufacturing sites.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to define common ways of working, readiness criteria, and reusable implementation assets that enable scalable deployment.
You translate standards into execution-ready guidance and support governance across programs.
The opportunity combines hands-on automation knowledge with influencing, mentoring, and shaping how multiple sites collaborate and learn.

Responsabilidades
• Strong understanding of industrial automation ecosystems (PLC, SCADA, MES, OT/IT integration)
• Experience in multi-site automation or digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing
• Ability to create implementation playbooks, readiness assessments, templates, and governance documentation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication in global cross-functional environments
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
