You provide senior technical oversight across EUC, Edge, Cloud and Network, guiding early-stage design with cross-functional teams.

• Lead development of forward-looking platform strategies integrating trends, technologies, and priorities
• Provide independent architectural oversight across End User, Edge, Cloud, and Network platforms
• Partner with Digital, Cyber, and Supply Chain to shape solutions early in lifecycle
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-relevant narratives for executives
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors and partners to bring external innovation
• Influence cross-platform alignment to ensure coherence with enterprise priorities
• Produce strategic artefacts (strategy packs, analysis, investment cases) for leadership
• Enable risk awareness and mitigation through architectural judgement across tech initiatives
• Act as senior technologist within Technology Platforms Leadership Team to direct coherence and future-readiness




• Bridge gap between possibilities and operational sustainability, grounding ambition in reality
• Engage early with Digital teams and other leaders to shape solution design
• Maintain awareness of industry direction and vendor roadmaps
• Communicate complex tech topics in clear, business-focused language
• Provide independent, cross-platform perspectives to ensure coherence and alignment across EUC, Edge, Cloud, and Network
• Support Cyber initiatives with architectural guidance and risk-based thinking
• Advise platform owners to focus on delivery excellence with strategic context
• Influence senior relationships with CTO-level partners and external stakeholders
• Deliver high-quality executive artefacts under tight timelines

Responsabilidades
• Significant experience in a broad IT infrastructure leadership role
• Experience managing or influencing technical staff and projects
• Proven success in improving customer experience
• Experience in matrix, global organisations
• Senior technologist with deep experience across EUC, Cloud, Network, Edge
• Ability to operate credibly at senior executive and board levels
• Strong architectural thinking without formal EA constructs
• Experience influencing outcomes without direct line authority
• Exceptional ability to translate technical complexity into business language
• Comfortable operating at pace with quick executive-quality materials
