In this role, you will lead the Financial Crime QA function across CDD, ODD and EDD to uphold robust controls and AML/CTF compliance.

You will own the QA framework, drive AI-enabled transformation, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve decision quality and risk governance.

You’ll manage a team of QA specialists and act as a first-line control owner to protect customers and the business.

• Own and evolve the end-to-end Financial Crime QA framework across CDD, ODD, and EDD to ensure robust controls and regulatory alignment
• Lead case review and control assurance activities with consistent, auditable decisioning standards
• Build, coach, and manage a high-performing QA specialists team
• Strengthen operational controls by identifying weaknesses and escalating risks
• Drive AI-enabled QA transformation with automated sampling, anomaly detection, and explainable outputs
• Turn QA insights into continuous improvements across operations,



training, and tooling
• Ensure consistent, defensible decisions aligned with regulatory expectations and audit readiness
• Own QA management information and governance reporting for risk-based decision-making
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Financial Crime Operations to embed QA-driven improvements

• Strong background in CDD, ODD, and EDD with regulatory understanding
• Experience leading QA, audit, or control functions in a regulated environment
• People leadership with focus on performance and continuous improvement
• Solid operational risk and control framework mindset
• Interest in applying AI and data to improve controls and efficiency
