Experteer Overview
In this role you support the sales function by managing the funnel, coordinating with product and technical teams, and ensuring accurate forecasting.

You will administer the Sales CRM, prepare client-facing materials, and track market and competitive intelligence in the Tel

Co space.

The position offers exposure to RFP/RFI processes and cross-functional collaboration to align on product roadmaps and timelines.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Generate and qualify leads to sustain top-of-funnel pipeline
• Conduct first-touch discovery calls to assess BANT
• Own and administer the Sales CRM
• Maintain monthly/quarterly pipeline reporting and forecast accuracy
• Coordinate with Technical Project Manager / Product Manager on feature requests and delivery timelines
• Support coordination of RFP/RFI responses across technical and commercial teams




• Prepare briefing materials and account summaries for client meetings
• Maintain a competitive tracker on pricing, positioning, and market entrants
• Monitor technology and regulatory developments affecting Tel

Co industry

Responsabilidades
• Experience in sales support, business development, sales operations, or CRM administration (Tel

Co/tech background a plus)
• Hands-on Salesforce (or similar CRM) experience—data entry, reporting, pipeline tracking
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Clear communication with both business and technical stakeholders
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus
• Interest in mobile communications, fraud prevention, or enterprise Tel
