Job Description
WAGNER is a leading global supplier of systems and components in industrial surface technology – and as Site Supervisor you will report directly to the Service & Installation Lead, with whom you will coordinate the planning, execution and follow-up of assembly and installation projects for industrial equipment at customer sites worldwide.
You will be responsible for coordinating, supervising and ensuring the correct execution of assembly, installation and commissioning works for industrial equipment at customer premises on an international level. Your mission is to ensure that all activities are carried out in line with drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements and the project schedule, acting as the link between the customer, local contractors and the company's technical departments, while reporting continuously to the Service & Installation Lead.

Responsibilities
Perform maintenance on manual and automated liquid and powder coating systems, working closely with the relevant departments within the Wagner group (technical service and engineering).
Supervise mechanical and electromechanical assembly activities for industrial equipment on-site.
Execute in the field the guidelines and planning defined by the Service & Installation Lead.
Coordinate day-to-day activities with the customer, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers present on-site.
Verify that works are carried out in accordance with technical documentation, drawings, procedures and project specifications.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) regulations applicable in each country and project.
Monitor work progress against the established schedule, reporting progress,



incidents and possible deviations to the Service & Installation Lead.
Identify technical risks or issues during execution and propose corrective actions.
Supervise the correct use of tools, lifting equipment and auxiliary means during assembly.
Inspect the quality of the work performed and verify compliance with established standards.
Coordinate with the Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and Project Management departments to resolve technical issues.
Prepare periodic reports on progress, incidents, productivity and safety for the Service & Installation Lead.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and contribute to the continuous improvement of installation and service processes.
The position is based in Asturias, where initial training will take place.

Requirements
You have at least 2 years of experience in the maintenance and installation of industrial machinery.
You have completed vocational training (FP) in Electricity & Electronics or Electromechanics, or a comparable qualification.
You hold a valid driving license.
You are a responsible, organized and methodical person.
You are used to working without direct supervision, following protocols and procedures.
You are a resourceful problem-solver.
You are available to travel regularly.
You have strong communication skills for customer interaction.
You have a working knowledge of English for interpreting technical drawings.
You have a native or bilingual level of Spanish and an advanced level of English, needed for interpreting technical drawings. Knowledge of German or other languages would be an advantage.
