This is a rare opportunity to sit at the center of bproduct strategy, experimentation, and causal inference /b, with real influence on how data drives decision‑making at the executive level. /p pIn this role, you’ll lead the evolution of experimentation and measurement across the product, uncover non‑obvious insights from complex datasets, and help leadership clearly understand true impact—not just correlation. /p pYou’ll act as a trusted thought partner to Product, Engineering, Design, Finance, Marketing, and exec leadership while mentoring and leveling up other data scientists. /p h3Key focus areas include: /h3 ul liOwning and driving the experimentation roadmap across the product /li liDesigning and analyzing advanced A/B tests, multivariate and Bayesian experiments /li liApplying causal inference techniques (DiD, synthetic controls, PSM, IVs)
