About the Role At XCEED, we connect people with
unforgettable nightlife and live experiences. Our success is built

are looking for a Lead Product Design to take ownership of design
execution across XCEED’s B2C app and B2B event management platform.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will continue to design and
ship interfaces yourself while leading how product design decisions
are made, executed, and scaled. You will work closely with Product,
Business and Engineering to turn complex problems into clear,
developer-ready solutions that move fast without sacrificing
quality. You will be accountable not only for what gets designed,
but for how design works day to day. Please note: applications must
include a portfolio or direct access to relevant design work
(portfolio link or Figma files). Applications submitted without a
portfolio will not be considered. What You Will Do Design and ship
high-quality UI across web and mobile for both B2C and B2B
products. Own end-to-end design execution, from problem framing to
final developer handoff. Lead design decisions on complex or
high-impact product areas, especially within the B2B platform.
Define and uphold the quality bar for UI, usability, and
consistency across products. Evolve and actively use the Design
Systems, ensuring new work strengthens the system instead of
fragmenting it. Create clear, structured design documentation and
specifications that reduce back-and-forth with engineering. Partner
closely with Product, Business and Engineering to align on
priorities, constraints, and tradeoffs. Balance speed and quality,
knowing when to push polish and when to ship pragmatically. Act as
a design reference point for stakeholders, explaining decisions
clearly and constructively. The Skills You Bring Proven experience
as a Senior or Lead Product Designer shipping real products in
SaaS, marketplace, or startup environments. Strong experience
designing both B2C and complex B2B or back-office products,
including data-heavy workflows, dashboards, admin tools, and
operational processes. Pure consumer UI experience alone is not
sufficient. Excellent UI execution and advanced Figma skills,
including components, variants, auto-layout, and design systems
used in production. Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end
design execution,



including post-launch iteration on live products.
Strong product judgment, with the ability to clearly explain
trade-offs between speed, quality, and business constraints.
Comfortable working directly with Product, Engineering, and
Business stakeholders, including pushing back and saying no when
needed. Fluent in English, written and spoken. How We Support You
