You lead strategic CRM initiatives that enhance sales effectiveness, service excellence, and customer experience within a global CRM portfolio. You act as the bridge between business teams, CRM IT, analytics, and AI enablement to ensure plans are executable and value is realized from concept to deployment. This role blends delivery leadership, CRM process knowledge, agile execution, and data-driven decision making to drive measurable business outcomes. • Lead strategic CRM initiatives across Sales, Service, Customer Experience, and Digital Transformation domains
• Own delivery from intake to deployment and value realization
• Define scope, milestones, deliverables, success criteria, and execution plans
• Maintain alignment with portfolio priorities and roadmaps
• Coordinate between business, CRM IT, vendors, and supporting functions
• Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories; manage backlog
• Track progress,

• Coordinate UAT, readiness activities, and change management to ensure smooth handoff

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years leading complex CRM, digital transformation, or related initiatives
• Experience in Agile delivery, backlog management, and sprint planning
• Strong understanding of CRM-enabled business processes in Sales, Service, or CX
• Proven ability to collaborate with IT delivery teams and external partners
• Experience using CRM data and KPI frameworks to drive decisions
• Exposure to AI-enabled processes and automation is highly desirable
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication
• Strong organizational, planning, and execution capabilities
