outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat. Assist
customers with meal card activation, account inquiries, balance
checks, and transaction-related questions. Guide customers through

experience. Resolve customer concerns efficiently and
professionally. Accurately document interactions and maintain
customer records using CRM systems. Collaborate with internal
departments to investigate and resolve complex cases. Ensure
compliance with company procedures and quality standards. What
We're Looking For Native or near-native French proficiency (C2
level). Previous experience in customer service, support, or a
client-facing role is an advantage.
