Your role

As F&B; Assistant Director, you will support the daily operation of our Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will work closely with the restaurant and bar teams, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, presentation, and operational excellence.

What you will do:

- Deliver warm, professional, and personalized service throughout the guest journey

- Prepare and set up restaurant, bar, and event areas according to company standards

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

- Serve food and beverages while ensuring luxury hospitality service standards are consistently met

- Ensure tables, service stations, and work areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked

- Support opening, closing, and daily operational procedures

- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service

- Anticipate guest needs and resolve requests promptly and professionally

- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times

- Contribute to creating a positive, energetic, and collaborative team environment

Who we’re looking for:

- Hospitality professional passionate about food, beverage, and guest service

- Positive, energetic, and service-oriented attitude

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Team player with flexibility and willingness to support different operational areas

- Professional appearance and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality

Requirements:

- Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably within luxury hotels, restaurants, or lifestyle hospitality venues

- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards

- Ability to multitask while maintaining excellent guest service

- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Fluent communication in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

- Additional languages are a plus

- Valid EU / Spain work permit
