This is a highly visible role that combines financial expertise with strategic business partnering, supporting our operations across Spain and Portugal while collaborating closely with our global Finance organization. /p pIf you are looking for an opportunity to influence business decisions, participate in international projects and continue developing your career within a global healthcare leader, we'd love to hear from you. /p h3What you'll do /h3 pAs Finance Business Partner Iberia, you will act as the financial partner to the Iberian leadership team, ensuring financial excellence while helping the business achieve its strategic objectives. /p pYour responsibilities will include: /p ul liPartnering with the Country Manager and leadership team to support strategic and operational decision-making. /li liCoordinating accounting activities with our Integral Business Services organization, ensuring compliance with Group policies, US GAAP and local accounting standards. /li liOverseeing statutory reporting, financial statements, audits, tax compliance and legal coordination. /li liDelivering accurate monthly management reporting, financial analysis and business insights. /li liPreparing PL reviews, headcount reporting and variance analysis. /li liCoordinating monthly forecasts and supporting the annual budgeting process. /li liDeveloping KPIs and Power BI reporting to improve business performance. /li liDriving financial governance,



process improvements and operational efficiencies across Iberia. /li liParticipating in international and cross-functional projects, supporting business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liBuilding strong relationships with Finance teams across Europe and the Global organization. /li /ul h3What we're looking for /h3 h3Experience Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline. /li liPrevious experience in Finance within an international or multinational company. /li liStrong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, controlling and finance business partnering. /li liSolid understanding of Spanish accounting and tax regulations. /li liExperience working with ERP systems and reporting tools. /li liExperience with Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools. /li liSAP knowledge will be considered a strong advantage. /li liBilingual English (written and spoken) is essential. /li liNative or fluent Spanish. /li liPortuguese is a plus. /li /ul h3What will make you successful /h3 pTechnical knowledge is important, but for this role we're looking first and foremost for the right mindset. /p pYou will thrive in this position if you: /p ul liEnjoy solving problems and taking ownership of challenges. /li liAre eager to learn, develop and continuously improve. /li liFeel motivated by participating in new projects, business transformations and process improvements. /li liBuild trust quickly and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels. /li liCombine analytical thinking with a pragmatic,
