In this Senior Commercial Product Manager role, you will shape the Institutional Solutions product for Ebury, guiding vision, strategy, and roadmaps to serve private market treasury needs. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to turn insights into impactful products that support general growth. You’ll analyze markets, competitors, and client requirements to deliver differentiated treasury solutions. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role in a fast-growing fintech with a collaborative culture.

• Discovery of treasury problems and opportunities for private market participants and service providers
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap with alignment across Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations and Dealing
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define requirements, epics, and user stories
• Identify high-impact opportunities in FX, derivatives, interest income and regional growth
• Maintain market understanding and perform competitor analysis to inform the roadmap
• Develop deep knowledge of treasury management and legal technology workflows
• Solve problems through technology, analytics, product and operations





Responsabilidades
• Experience with Treasury products such as FX derivatives, interest rate derivatives, and cash management
• Knowledge of financial markets technology stacks (treasury management, asset management, banks or scale-up fintechs)
• Familiarity with Fintech Treasury Management Systems
• Experience with cash management products (money market funds, deposit optimization, cash pooling)
• Strong understanding of treasury management principles and treasury management solutions
• Proven product-building experience or operations leadership in hands-on roles
• Ability to build and own roadmaps and improve established systems and processes
• Experience with building in-house services and integrating with third-party systems
• Experience in developing/executing product strategies involving financial systems or regulations
