In this role, you will act as the primary rewards partner for the Continental Europe cluster, shaping compensation practices and leading annual reward cycles. You will ensure governance, compliance, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. The role sits in the EMEA Rewards Team and partners with HR and mobility to align reward with local laws and market norms. You will influence senior stakeholders and help drive a fair and competitive employee experience. This is a strategic opportunity to shape pay structures across multiple countries and cultures.

• Lead reward design and implementation for the Continental Europe cluster
• Localise global/regional frameworks to meet local laws, collective agreements and market norms
• Manage annual salary and incentive cycles across the cluster
• Maintain compliant and competitive reward policies across all cluster countries
• Lead job evaluation and maintain internal equity; deliver pay equity analysis and statutory EU PTD reporting
• Advise on restructures and cross-border moves,



partnering with mobility on assignments and transfers
• Benchmark and review compensation structures across Continental Europe
• Provide data‑driven insights to influence senior decisions
• Support HR with complex cases through clear, concise analysis
• Lead or contribute to regional/integral reward projects and process improvements
• Identify opportunities to enhance the reward proposition

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years of reward experience in Continental Europe within multi-country environments
• Deep understanding of salary structures, short-term incentive design, grading frameworks and market benchmarking
• Strong commercial acumen; able to challenge, influence and guide senior stakeholders
• Exceptional communication skills; ability to simplify complexity and deliver insights
• Highly analytical with advanced Excel and experience handling large data sets
• Detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy and quality
• Influential and collaborative; strong relationship builder across HR and the wider organisation
