ph3Cyber Security - TDR Operations Manager - EY GDS Spain - Hybrid /h3 pLocation: Malaga /p pOther locations: Primary Location Only /p pRequisition ID: /p pOverview: As part of the EY-Cyber Security team, the Threat Detection Response Operations Manager will lead operations/delivery for TDR engagements with end-to-end security incident investigation support, ensuring client SLAs and KPIs through multiple SIEM/EDR/NSM solutions. /p pKey Responsibilities: /p ul liOversee the process of detecting, reporting, and responding to security incidents. /li liManage security tools and technologies, ensuring proper configuration and maintenance. /li liLead the Security Operations Center, monitoring client network events. /li liDefine, track, and meet Service Level Agreements for all clients. /li liProvide technical leadership and advise junior team members on SOC activities. /li liRevise standard operating policies and procedures as required. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve security monitoring and operational tasks. /li liConvey complex technical security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, including executives. /li liDevelop and maintain productive relationships with client personnel. /li liOversee automation of daily SOC tasks. /li liProvide strategic view and benefits to clients, working with limited resources. /li /ul pSkills and Attributes: /p ul liHands‑on expertise with SIEM technologies such as Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk.



/li liExpert knowledge in security monitoring and cyber incident response. /li liKnowledge of cloud security and IoT/OT is a plus. /li liKnowledge of network monitoring platforms such as Fidelis XPS and ExtraHop. /li liKnowledge of endpoint protection tools like Carbon Black, Defender, CrowdStrike. /li liAbility to work with minimal supervision. /li liCustomer‑service orientation and continuous improvement mindset. /li /ul pQualifications: /p ul li8–10 years of hands‑on experience operating/implementing/designing SIEM solutions. /li liProven project management experience. /li liStrong command of verbal and written English. /li liB.
