You will act as the link between customers and providers, ensuring smooth communication and high-quality service across bookings, payments, and general inquiries. What you'll do Support customers via email and phone Help solve booking, payment, and service-related questions Mediate between travellers and accommodation providers Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Follow internal processes and guidelines Requirements Danish: C1-C2 English: B2-C1 Good communication and listening skills Problem-solving mindset Comfortable using basic PC tools (email, CRM, etc.)
