In this role you focus on strengthening customer loyalty and driving sales growth of disposable products in your area. You educate and train customers on Karl Storz solutions across the product life cycle, from pre-sales to end of life. You support the sales team with customer insights, act as a trusted consultant, and demonstrate products during surgeries and at events. You manage activity through CRM to meet coverage and sales goals, contributing to healthcare outcomes and growth.

• Deliver customer education and training for Karl Storz products and solutions
• Support the sales team in the responsible area to maximize profitability and relay customer inputs
• Become a consultant for customers on product usage and solutions
• Attend surgical interventions to perform product demonstrations
• Represent the company at congresses and events to promote products




• Participate in sales meetings as required
• Control and report daily activity using the CRM tool to strengthen coverage and track sales

Responsabilidades
• Degree in biomedical engineering, health engineering, nursing, or business administration
• Min. 1-2 years of commercial experience in Health care/Hospital sector (highly desirable)
• Min. 1-2 years of experience in Customer Training, Data Analysis, Business Process Analysis and Project Mgmt
• Excellent verbal and xqbhyrx written communication skills
• Desirable knowledge of office software and CRM systems (Outlook, Excel, SAP, Salesforce)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize work
• Desirable document management experience (contracts, PO, tenders)
• Compliance with commercial and pricing policies
• English: upper-intermediate (min B2)
