Experteer Overview
In this Senior DevOps Engineer role, you own Roche’s PKI trust infrastructure across multi-cloud environments, shaping automation, observability, and secure delivery. You’ll advance CI/CD, GitOps, and Kubernetes operations to support enterprise security for global digital health systems. You collaborate with multiple product teams and drive autonomous improvements to technology and processes. This is a mission-driven role with impact on secure software and cloud-native engineering at scale.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own the PKI infrastructure and ensure high availability
• Design and maintain Terraform modules across multi-cloud environments
• Operate Kubernetes in a hybrid setup and manage secrets/PKI plumbing
• Improve CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and mature ArgoCD-based GitOps
• Build observability tooling (Grafana Cloud) and self-hosted runners




• Create VM images for on-prem workloads when needed
• Support three product teams, balancing operational and long-term work
• Proactively propose better ways of doing things and lead transformational DevOps practices

Responsabilidades
• production Kubernetes experience with end-to-end cluster ownership
• Solid hands-on with Terraform, AWS, secrets management
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and observability tooling
• Scripting in Python or Bash
• Excellent English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication to lead technical conversations at all levels
