Working closely with hiring managers, universities and candidates, you will drive candidate attraction, campus engagement, assessment centres and selection processes, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while helping the business attract and hire top early careers talent.



/p h3You Will /h3 ul liManage the end-to-end recruitment process for intern and graduate programmes, from role briefing and attraction through to screening, interviews, offers and onboarding, maintaining high levels of organisation and attention to detail. /li liSource and engage students and recent graduates through universities, career services, job boards, social media, referrals and other talent attraction channels, building strong relationships to develop talent pipelines. /li liScreen and assess candidates against agreed competencies and programme requirements, communicating effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process. /li liCoordinate interviews, assessment centres and recruitment events, delivering an outstanding candidate experience and ensuring all stakeholders are well informed and supported. /li liDevelop collaborative relationships with universities, candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders to support hiring and talent attraction initiatives. /li liMaintain accurate recruitment data, reporting and pipeline updates within Jobvite and other internal systems, while adapting to changing priorities and business needs. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liPrevious recruitment experience, ideally gained within an in-house Talent Acquisition team, recruitment agency or early careers recruitment environment. /li liDemonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates,
