Experteer Overview
As an Observability DevOps Engineer within Roche’s Digital Operations and Reliability team, you optimize and automate the deployment and management of platform and cloud-based services. You drive cost-effectiveness, scalability, and security across the product lifecycle while collaborating with a integral team to shift from reactive troubleshooting to proactive site reliability engineering. You enable faster developer velocity and reduce downtime to support seamless healthcare solutions. This role offers the chance to shape observability, security, and automation in a mission-driven environment.

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery
• Deploy and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code with stable configurations

Responsabilidades
• 3 to 7 years of experience in the software development lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with source code management and automated deployment pipelines (GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket)
• Practical knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, Vault, or Consul)
• Experience with containers or Kubernetes environments
• Strong understanding of centralized observability and monitoring systems (Grafana Cloud, Splunk, or LogicMonitor)
• Effective English communication and ability to work across time zones and travel occasionally
