About the Role We are looking for a friendly,
articulate Customer Service Representative fluent in Danish to join
a lively, international support team in Barcelona. In this full
time onsite role, you will act as the main point of contact for
travellers and accommodation partners: listening to inquiries,
mediating between parties, clarifying service, payment or technical
questions, and ensuring consistently high quality support through
phone and email. What You Bring Native or fluent Danish (spoken and
written), and good command of English Strong verbal and written
communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with
tools like Office365, CRM platforms, or similar internal systems
Problem solving mindset, adaptable and goal driven attitude, able
to respond flexibly to changing priorities Previous experience in
customer support or contact centre environments is a plus Interest
in working with accommodation platforms or travel related services
