ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliMaximum responsible for conducting and leading the execution readiness process by collecting, analysing and shaping the operations strategies with his/her team to ensure the operations readiness and handing over to the Head of Construction Manager and BOP Manager (when applicable) in charge of the project for execution phase. /liliCoordinate all the departments that are consider as primary activities in the value chain (Planning, Logistics MM, IC, Concrete Towers and BOP when applicable). /liliManage, execute and ensure the Execution Readiness process. /liliEnsure the coordination, management and follow up all the way from plant/supplier to site of the Execution Readiness tasks. /liliIdentify deviations from the Budget and Project schedule in time and cost and work on alternative solutions. /liliEnsure that there are project resources on time in terms of tooling, cranes and human resources. /liliEnsure that all materials (main components and direct supplies) are defined, manufactured and supplied on time. /liliEnsure contract elaboration (TCI, BOP, CT, Logistics, etc), purchase requisitions and purchase orders on time, according to project requirements and without any grey zones. /liliDeploy and handover the customer and internal project requirements and relevant topics to the Project Team involved in the Execution Phase.



/liliProvide backoffice support to the project during site execution phase. /liliReport and support the Project Manager on any additional requirement regarding the operations. /liliImprove existing processes of the department and creation of new processes that may be useful for the compan. /liliSupport and participate in the transversal programs defined by the company, such as: Cost Of Energy, Continuous Improvement, lessons learned, Strategies Optimization, etc. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor´s degree in Engineering or related discipline /liliOther degrees will be considered proving an extensive experience in the wind industry (5 to 7 years) /liliComplementary Training: Master in Project Management and/or PMP certification /liliDemonstrated ability to successfully complete large-scale projects, managing multidisciplinary teams /liliCommitted, communicative and proactive person. /liliAble to work in an indoor or outdoor environment /liliOrganizational, strong leadership and planning skills. /liliExcellent written and oral communication /liliStructured working and high management skills /liliAnalytic approach and ability to identify critical items and make decisions, thinking critically and independently /liliAvailability for traveling short periods /liliFluent English, writing and speaking /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
