We are seeking a senior executive to lead the global
IT and information security risk and governance. This role is
accountable for defining and embedding the enterprise‑wide IT and
security risk framework, ensuring strong governance, regulatory
compliance, and resilience against evolving cyber threats. As a
trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will provide clear
oversight of risk exposure, drive informed decision‑making, and
safeguard critical business operations. Leading a integral team, you
will shape a strong risk culture and work in close partnership with
Group Information Security, Market Units, and Risk and Audit
functions to strengthen Bupa’s security posture worldwide.

management tools, security technologies and data‑driven reporting
