Part time (50%) HR Associate (M/F/D)

Location: Valencia, Spain.

About the role

Provide organizational and administrative support to internal customers, supporting a range of HR activities in the Service Center.

Job Responsibilities

- Define and implement HR processes.

- Support the full recruiting process: preparing job ads, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, employment contracts, and onboarding.

- Maintain master data and employee files (digital and physical).

- Coordinate health management, contact with the Mutua and External Prevention Company.

- Interface with HR services (Labor Contracts, Payroll, Social Security, Terminations, etc.).

- Assist in annual processes such as Performance Management and Rewards Planner.





- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements to ensure compliance and reduce risk.

- Engage with Universities and Schools to acquire interns.

Education / Experience

- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Legal, Business, or related field.

- 2-3 years of HR experience preferred.

Qualifications

- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

- Drive and resilience.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills.

- Advanced proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.

- Discretion with confidential information.
