ppOmega CRM is a Merkle Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Backend Developer (Node.js/TypeScript) /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liRequirements analysis. /li liParticipate in the technical design of projects. /li liEstimate effort for projects. /li liWork collaboratively with the rest of the Omega team and/or the client to help achieve project objectives. /li liProvide support and resolve technical issues to ensure system security and performance. /li liCollaborate with technology providers when required by the project. /li liDocument processes and track system performance metrics. /li liValidate and test the technical solution against business requirements. /li liAdhere to the software quality standards agreed upon with Omega's Technical Management. /li liGenerate technical documentation for completed projects. /li liApply best practices and procedures to ensure projects are executed on time and with the highest quality. /li /ul h3Requirements Experience /h3 ul liRole Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in a similar Backend / Software Developer role. /li liBackend Expertise: Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript, including the development of RESTful APIs and working with Express.js. /li liCommunication Consulting: Proven experience in client-facing roles,
acting as a key point of contact to translate business requirements into technical solutions, while effectively collaborating with cross-functional technical teams. /li liDatabase Management: Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL (specifically in data modeling, database triggers, and functions). /li liCaching Performance: Hands‑on experience using Redis for session management and caching. /li liBest Practices: Familiarity with software quality standards and technical documentation. /li /ul h3Desirable / Value-Add Skills (Pluses) /h3 ul liCloud Infrastructure: Experience with Heroku Platform, familiarity with AWS services (S3, Route 53), and understanding of TLS certificates management. /li liArchitecture Frontend: Experience with Monorepo architectures and knowledge of Angular and Ionic. /li liLanguages: Professional working proficiency in English is a strong plus (capable of handling business communication). /li /ul h3What Do We Offer /h3 ul liPermanent contract. /li liFlexible Schedule.
