Your Job ?️As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll help
customers after they buy home appliances. You’ll be their first
point of contact for questions or issues. Your Tasks ? Answer
questions by phone and email ? Diagnose issues using helpful tools
and 60 step-by-step processes ?️ Use online resources , like
YouTube tutorials, to support customers ? Give updates on orders
and delivery ? Assist with small repairs or direct bigger issues to
the right department ? Give product information and solve




complaints in a friendly way ?️ Work with 3 support
systems/software tools ? Cross-selling skills are a bonus! What
We’re Looking For Proficiency in Dutch, both written and spoken
English (B2) Great communication skills Interest in tech and home
appliances Problem-solving mindset Team player with a positive
