Experteer Overview
As Founding Engineer, you’ll help create a new AI-centric product from scratch inside Factorial, aiming to scale to 0–10M revenue quickly. You will join a small, fast-paced team with real runway and ownership from day zero, shaping a platform that integrates workflows, analytics, and onboarding in IT Management. You’ll balance speed with reliability, delivering AI-powered features that users actually adopt. This role combines hands-on building with cross-functional collaboration in a high-growth environment that values impact and learning.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own major initiatives end-to-end, setting quarterly goals and roadmaps.
• Engage in customer calls to understand pains and needs.
• Review and provide feedback on code daily across the team.
• Mentor juniors and share knowledge to raise engineering quality.
• Collaborate with product and design to ship AI features with measurable impact.
• Integrate AI models into scalable, cloud-native architectures.




• Evaluate agentic workflows and balance model complexity with user friction and reliability.

Responsabilidades
• 4+ years in software engineering with track record or strong curiosity around shipping AI features.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features and deploying them in production.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails on the backend and React or TypeScript on the frontend.
• Ability to explain complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort with non-deterministic outputs and probabilistic thinking.
• Wamiliarity with integrating AI models into scalable, cloud-native environments.
