Experteer Overview
As a mid-level C++ Software Engineer, you join a cross‑regional development team to advance automation in the treatment planning workflow. You will contribute to design, development, testing, and delivery of features in a Windows-based 3D CAD system with related cloud services. You work closely with experienced engineers, QA, and product stakeholders to improve existing systems and explore new approaches. This role offers hands-on coding, continuous improvement, and meaningful impact on product quality and performance.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software components under guidance from senior engineers
• Participate in end-to-end software development activities including implementation, testing, and maintenance of features
• Develop tools and applications supporting product functionality, infrastructure, and platforms
• Analyze requirements and contribute to software requirements specifications and design documentation




• Prototype features to validate approaches and support product evolution
• Improve existing algorithms with emphasis on performance, quality, and maintainability
• Collaborate with QA to ensure software quality through unit testing and bug fixing
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices
• Interact with internal customers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and deliver solutions
