About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Customer
Service Representative fluent in Icelandic to join a leading
outsourcing / BPO team in Barcelona. In this full-time role
(38.5h/week), you will assist international travellers and
accommodation partners handling enquiries via phone and email,
clarifying service, payment and technical questions, and ensuring
excellent support throughout the process. You'll serve as a
mediator between clients and accommodation providers, always
striving to deliver a high level of service and clear
communication, while following established procedures. What You
Need Native or fluent Icelandic (C2), and strong command of English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and
spoken Proficiency in PC tools (Office 365, CRM platforms, internal
systems) A problem-solving attitude and a solution-driven mindset
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and processes
Previous experience in customer service or contact-centre settings
is a plus Willingness to work onsite in Barcelona (with possible
